BOOTAY!
I drowned my sorrows in some food today. Bad.
I kicked some butt on the treadmill for 45 minutes worth, including jogging a total of a mile (not all at once) at 5.0 mph.
Four pounds....get off my butt.
I will update my points and weight tomorrow as it's the conclusion of week #1 already.
Best part: I feel sore from workouts...a good sore.
Worst part: I didn't control my food as much as I need to.
Tomorrow's another day. A new day.

ReplyDeleteRemember that weight fluctuates. Remember that we're not supposed to be weighing ourselves every day. Remember that sometimes it just doesn't make sense.
And then kick butt anyway.
