I left the day with 464 calories left. That's fine with me.

I did a mile on the treadmill (combo walk/job) and Billy Blanks' PT 24/7 Tae Bo Cardio Sculpt to burn almost 700 calories.

My goal for Wednesday is to burn 700 calories.
