Weigh-In and Injury?

So, I kept last week's weigh-in from you.

Current weight 242.0 pounds

Thoughts: Better than where I was last week.

Injury? Last night while I was shaving my legs in the shower, I bent over and felt something "pop" in my back. It literally took my breath away. I slept a lot last night but every time I rolled over, I woke up because my back was uncomfortable (not sure hurt is the right word). I'm unfortunately not working out today because sitting and laying in different positions hurt, I can't imagine what working out could do. If it's still bothering tomorrow, I'll be making a trip to my chiropractor.

Frustrations continue...

    I admire your determination to workout! I am hoping to get the kick for it soon...

    Getting back on track seems to be road I am on this week! I had a horrible weekend but ready to go this week!

    Lets hope we have mastered this before Christmas, when the temptation really sets in!

  2. That is exactly what happened to me before the wedding (the back thing). I was bending over to pick something up and felt a pop. I was out about 2 weeks. NO fun!! Hope you feel better SOON!!
