Awesome 1 week loss. It sounds small, but it adds up, girlie. Keep up that pace, and you're down over 16 pounds by Thanksgiving! You did awesome this week, and you recognize that there's room for improvement. You're gonna rock it. (And I'm super proud of you for sticking to your Sunday weigh-ins.
